At SAD, Cathalina developed a network of people who stand up for interculturality and integration.

What was your role at SAD?

I worked in the intercultural dialogue division at SAD, and was responsible for evaluating the ‘conTAKT 07’ project. It was a qualitative process evaluation. I also carried out research, particularly regarding the integration of young people from a migrant background in the job market.

What is the best memory you have from your time at SAD?

It’s hard to say. I loved the atmosphere, the building and the garden, and really liked working in such a nice setting. I also met some really interesting people, who have personally stood up for integration and interculturality in various areas. I’m still in contact with a lot of them.

Where do you work now and what do you do?

I’ve been working as a coach at Regenove in Biel for a year now. I help unemployed migrants to get back into work.
