The Center for Vocational Training (CVT) is a school in Yangon, Myanmar, where young people can complete Swiss-style apprenticeships. CVT graduates have a better chance of finding a job, as well as increased income security. The school acts as a model, because apprenticeships are uncommon in Myanmar. It offers – for example – training for electricians, carpenters and commercial staff.
SA4D was running a support programme for young entrepreneurs in partnership with the CVT in Yangon.
