The Centre for Rural Education and Development Action (CREDA) is a not-for-profit organisation based in Mirzapur, India. CREDA works for equal opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Children are at the centre of CREDA’s work: the organisation was founded in 1982 as a centre for non-formal education in Allahabad.
CREDA is using its non-formal approach in Mirzapur, southern India, building and running 50 early years centres for disadvantaged children with SA4D.
