The International Organization for Business and Engineering (IOBE) is a global network for business and engineering youth based in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. The non-profit organization, which was founded in 2015, empowers and connects young people with business or engineering backgrounds to build their career, develop their leadership skills and establish their own startups. Their vision is to inspire creative minds to bring revolutionary ideas into business reality. IOBE organises workshops, trainings, conferences and competitions to develop and nurture their potential.
SA4D has partnered with IOBE to implement the programme “Let’s get to Business” which empowers Bangladeshi women through entrepreneurship which ended in 2021.
